Most gaming cafés still run on paper notebooks, wall clocks, and shouting across the room when someone's hour is up. The tools that do exist tend to be aging, cloud-tethered, or priced per seat — for a business whose whole margin lives in small change.

ChronosGG is our answer: a LAN-based control suite for gaming zones and cyber cafés that runs entirely on your own hardware. No cloud. No subscription. No internet required.

Two apps, one zone

The Server installs once, on the counter PC. It's the operator dashboard: a live grid of every machine with status, time remaining, and running cost, color-coded so you can read the whole room in a glance. Start, extend, lock, or end any session from your seat — or from your phone, using the embedded web companion on the same Wi-Fi.

The Client installs on each gaming PC. It meters paid time with a frameless always-on-top HUD, plays voice alerts as the clock runs down — in English or Urdu — and locks the machine with a full-screen overlay the moment time expires. A keyboard hook blocks Alt+Tab and Task Manager while locked, and the client auto-starts on boot.

Billing that matches how cafés actually charge

Hourly rates, prepaid time, and named packages (minutes + price, with overage billed at the PC's hourly rate) — plus per-PC rate overrides for that one machine with the better GPU. Pricing is in PKR, rounded to the nearest ten, the way counters actually make change.

At the end of the day (or month), you get real reports: revenue by day, by PC, by session — as CSV for your spreadsheet or a branded PDF.

Built for imperfect networks

PCs are identified by MAC address, so a machine keeps its number, rate, and history across IP changes. Clients discover the Server automatically over the LAN. And if the Server ever goes down mid-shift, staff can still unlock any PC with the shared admin credential — every offline bypass is recorded and synced back once the Server returns.

Free, and yours

ChronosGG is free to download and self-hosted — your data never leaves the counter PC. Grab both installers from the ChronosGG page, put the Server on your reception machine and the Client on every gaming PC, and you're running.
